Order the size you normally wear. Every pair has cutting guides printed on the underside, so if the insole runs a touch long you simply trim along the line for your size with regular scissors for a snug, custom fit.

Stepprs take another approach. A firm arch cradle keeps its shape from morning to night, while massage nodes shift pressure away from the heel and arch each time you take a step, so your feet are supported and massaged as you move.
